{"id":156,"date":"2020-07-27T00:08:55","date_gmt":"2020-07-26T22:08:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.palenicajastrabie.sk\/?page_id=156"},"modified":"2020-08-20T11:39:58","modified_gmt":"2020-08-20T09:39:58","slug":"prevadzkovy-poriadok","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.palenicajastrabie.sk\/index.php\/prevadzkovy-poriadok\/","title":{"rendered":"Prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fd poriadok"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Preberanie ovocn\u00e9ho kvasu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; V liehovare mo\u017eno vyr\u00e1ba\u0165 ovocn\u00fd destil\u00e1t len z kvasov ovocia mierneho podnebn\u00e9ho p\u00e1sma a z plodov odstrapen\u00e9ho vini\u010da hroznorod\u00e9ho bez cudz\u00edch cukornat\u00fdch alebo in\u00fdch pr\u00edmes\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; V\u00fdrobn\u00e9 obdobie na prev\u00e1dzkovanie liehovaru je od 1. j\u00fala do 30. j\u00fana nasleduj\u00faceho roka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Za\u010diatok prev\u00e1dzkovania liehovaru v ka\u017edom v\u00fdrobnom obdob\u00ed ur\u010duje prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Pracovn\u00edk liehovaru m\u00f4\u017ee prija\u0165 kvas na spracovanie len na z\u00e1klade p\u00edsomnej \u017eiadosti pestovate\u013ea o v\u00fdrobu ovocn\u00e9ho destil\u00e1tu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u017eiadosti pestovate\u013e uvedie :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>meno a priezvisko, d\u00e1tum narodenia, adresu trval\u00e9ho bydliska,<\/li><li>druh a mno\u017estvo odovzdan\u00e9ho kvasu,<\/li><li>d\u00e1tum podania \u017eiadosti.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Predp\u00edsan\u00e9 tla\u010div\u00e1 \u017eiadosti si pestovate\u013e vy\u017eiada vopred od pracovn\u00edka liehovaru pri prihlasovan\u00ed term\u00ednu na p\u00e1lenie, alebo si \u017eiados\u0165 vyp\u00ed\u0161e pri pr\u00edchode do liehovaru. Pri vypisovan\u00ed \u017eiadosti je pestovate\u013e povinn\u00fd predlo\u017ei\u0165 ob\u010diansky preukaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Pracovn\u00edk liehovaru m\u00e1 v pr\u00e1vomoci neprija\u0165 zamrznut\u00fd kvas, kvas v plechov\u00fdch alebo po\u0161koden\u00fdch n\u00e1dob\u00e1ch a v in\u00fdch obaloch, ktor\u00e9 chu\u0165ou alebo v\u00f4\u0148ou vykazuj\u00fa znaky cudz\u00edch pr\u00edmes\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 by mohli ovplyvni\u0165 kvalitu ovocn\u00e9ho destil\u00e1tu pestovate\u013ea, pr\u00edpadne i kvalitu ovocn\u00e9ho destil\u00e1tu nasleduj\u00faceho pestovate\u013ea. Podobne pracovn\u00edk liehovaru postupuje i pri zisten\u00ed cudz\u00edch predmetov (kamene, tehla, kov) v kvase, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu po\u0161kodi\u0165 technologick\u00e9 zariadenie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Pestovate\u013e je povinn\u00fd priviez\u0165 na p\u00e1lenie tak\u00e9 mno\u017estvo kvasu, na akom bol vopred dohodnut\u00fd s prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013eom liehovaru pri objedn\u00e1van\u00ed term\u00ednu p\u00e1lenia. Ak privezie menej ako 150 l kvasu, prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e je opr\u00e1vnen\u00fd kvas na p\u00e1lenie neprija\u0165. Ak bude kvasu viac, prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e je povinn\u00fd spracova\u0165 iba vopred dohodnut\u00e9 mno\u017estvo kvasu, preto\u017ee by mohlo d\u00f4js\u0165 k \u010dasov\u00e9mu pred\u013a\u017eeniu p\u00e1lenia, a t\u00fdm k posunu p\u00e1lenia \u010fal\u0161ieho pestovate\u013ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Pr\u00e1zdne obaly z kvasu je pestovate\u013e povinn\u00fd z&nbsp;liehovaru po vyp\u00e1len\u00ed bez me\u0161kania odviez\u0165. Prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e liehovaru nezodpoved\u00e1 za stratu, po\u0161kodenie a&nbsp;v\u00fdmenu obalov, ani za stratu \u010di po\u0161kodenie osobn\u00fdch vec\u00ed pestovate\u013ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Pre zabezpe\u010denie plynulosti v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu sa de\u0148 a&nbsp;\u010das p\u00e1lenia ur\u010d\u00ed po vz\u00e1jomnej dohode medzi pestovate\u013eom a pracovn\u00edkom liehovaru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Pestovate\u013e je povinn\u00fd dostavi\u0165 sa na p\u00e1lenie v dohodnutom term\u00edne tak, aby v stanoven\u00fd \u010das bol jeho kvas pripraven\u00fd na p\u00e1lenie v z\u00e1sobn\u00edku (pr\u00edpravn\u00e1 ka\u010fa). Ak pestovate\u013e nedodr\u017e\u00ed stanoven\u00fd \u010das, pracovn\u00edk liehovaru je opr\u00e1vnen\u00fd neprija\u0165 kvas k p\u00e1leniu, preto\u017ee by t\u00fdm do\u0161lo k \u010dasov\u00e9mu posunu pri nasleduj\u00facich pestovate\u013eoch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Pestovate\u013e 2 \u2013 3 dni pred stanoven\u00fdm term\u00ednom p\u00e1lenia telefonicky alebo osobne potvrd\u00ed platnos\u0165 term\u00ednu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00fdrobn\u00fd proces<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e liehovaru je povinn\u00fd zabezpe\u010di\u0165 v\u00fdrobu tak, aby prebiehala v zariaden\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 zaru\u010duje kvalitn\u00fa v\u00fdrobu a spo\u013eahliv\u00e9 zistenie vyroben\u00e9ho mno\u017estva destil\u00e1tu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Po\u010das v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu sa pestovate\u013e zdr\u017euje na vyhradenom mieste pre z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov. Bez povolenia pracovn\u00edka liehovaru sa nesmie pohybova\u0165 v&nbsp;priestoroch kotlov a&nbsp;meracieho zariadenia, dot\u00fdka\u0165 sa coln\u00fdch uz\u00e1verov, a&nbsp;to z&nbsp;d\u00f4vodu mo\u017en\u00e9ho ubl\u00ed\u017eenia na zdrav\u00ed a&nbsp;z&nbsp;d\u00f4vodu pr\u00edpadn\u00e9ho po\u0161kodenia zariadenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Pracovn\u00edk liehovaru informuje pestovate\u013ea na jeho po\u017eiadanie o priebehu v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu. Po ukon\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdroby destil\u00e1tu, umo\u017en\u00ed pestovate\u013eovi kontrolu kvality ovocn\u00e9ho destil\u00e1tu, obsahu etanolu, odpis stavu kontroln\u00e9ho meradla a odmeranie mno\u017estva destil\u00e1tu do n\u00e1dob privezen\u00fdch pestovate\u013eom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Po\u010das v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu je zak\u00e1zan\u00e9 zdr\u017eiava\u0165 sa v priestoroch liehovaru nepovolan\u00fdm osob\u00e1m. Taktie\u017e je zak\u00e1zan\u00e9 vodi\u0165 do liehovaru deti mlad\u0161ie ako 15 rokov z d\u00f4vodu mo\u017en\u00e9ho ubl\u00ed\u017eenia na zdrav\u00ed, pr\u00edpadne po\u0161kodenia zariadenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Obsluha liehovaru je povinn\u00e1 udr\u017eiava\u0165 \u010distotu priestorov, dba\u0165, aby boli dodr\u017ean\u00e9 predpisy o&nbsp;ochrane pred po\u017eiarmi, bezpe\u010dnosti pri pr\u00e1ci, spr\u00e1vny technologick\u00fd a&nbsp;v\u00fdrobn\u00fd postup pestovate\u013esk\u00e9ho p\u00e1lenia a&nbsp;prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fd poriadok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Odovzd\u00e1vanie vyroben\u00fdch ovocn\u00fdch destil\u00e1tov<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Po ukon\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdroby ovocn\u00e9ho destil\u00e1tu a overen\u00ed kvality, mno\u017estva a obsahu etanolu pestovate\u013eom, vyberie pracovn\u00edk liehovaru od pestovate\u013ea spotrebn\u00fa da\u0148 z liehu a poplatok za p\u00e1lenie, o \u010dom mu vyd\u00e1 potvrdenie (vysklad\u0148ovac\u00ed list).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Pod\u013ea \u00a7 6 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 530\/2011 Z. z. o\u00a0spotrebnej dani z\u00a0alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1pojov v\u00a0znen\u00ed neskor\u0161\u00edch predpisov m\u00f4\u017ee pestovate\u013e a jeho dom\u00e1cnos\u0165 vyp\u00e1li\u0165 za jedno v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 obdobie 43 litrov 100 % alkoholu, na ktor\u00e9 sa uplatn\u00ed zn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 sadzba spotrebnej dane z liehu. Na mno\u017estvo nad 43 litrov 100 % alkoholu sa uplat\u0148uje pln\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka spotrebnej dane z liehu.
